These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkr388 ("pkr388", "we", "us", "the Platform"). The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr388 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage, rather than reporting them to pkr388 support.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated betting intended to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith against pkr388 for completed and legitimate transactions.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkr388 staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the pkr388 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game code, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of pkr388 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any pkr388 intellectual property.

Third-party game content is the intellectual property of the respective game developers and providers. Use of any content from the pkr388 platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. pkr388 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance wherever practicable.

pkr388 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• A player's request for self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Compliance with a legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to pkr388's standard withdrawal procedures and applicable verification requirements. 2. Second Step — Escalation: If the internal resolution process does not result in a satisfactory outcome for the player within 14 days, the player may escalate the dispute to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism, in accordance with the procedures established by that authority.
3. Third Step — Arbitration: Disputes not resolved through the above steps are subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits a player's rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation in Pakistan.
